PERMISSION TO USE PHOTOS

I grant permission to Dazzling Debutantes to use images and videography of rehearsals and Debutante Ball Event

Such use includes the display, distributions, publications, transmissions or otherwise use of photographs, images and/or videos taken for use in materials that include, but may not be limitied to, printed materials such as Brochures, Newsletters, Videos and digital images used on Dazzling Debutantes Website and Social Media Pages, such as Facebook and Instagram

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of any type will result in the forfeit of deposits paid prior to event
